We understand that you would like to know how your child is doing,
however the teachers are trying to get in a routine, and their attention
needs to be fully directed at the children.
We ask that you set up a specific appointment time by calling the
office to schedule a conference if you have an issue or concern.

Accident/Incident Reports
In the unfortunate event that an accident
occurs, you will be required to sign a form completed by the staff
member who attended to your child.
Please be sure to sign and date the form.
Thank you.
Healthy Snacks
Each month every family is asked to bring
a predetermined snack to share with the class on an assigned date.
Please review the snack schedule you will be provided, and note
your child’s assigned snack date.
Healthy Lunches
According to the mandatory guidelines from the Department of Children &
Families, your child’s lunch must include at least one appropriate
portion from four of the different food groups (i.e., grains,
vegetables, fruits, milk, meat & beans).
We check each lunchbox, therefore if your child’s lunch is
unbalanced, we will have to supplement.
Your lunch account will be charged accordingly.
Lunch Days
All families have the opportunity to purchase lunches throughout the
school year. Each week we
offer Hazel Hotdogs on Mondays, Wendy’s on Tuesdays, Chick-Fil-A on
Wednesdays, Tropical Smoothie on Thursdays, and Hungry Howie’s on
Fridays. Monday, Tuesday &
Friday is $3.00. Wednesday
and Thursday is $3.50.
Please let us know before 9:00 am if you would like to purchase lunch.
Warm-upsIf your child brings a
lunch that needs to be heated, please label the container with his/her
name and leave it in the kitchen.
Please do not take it to the classroom.
