Registration
We are currently registering students for the 2012-2013 school year.
Registration packets are available in the CPEEC office.
Please submit your registration papers and registration fee as soon as possible as enrollment will be on a first come first serve basis. Preference will be given to those requiring full time care. Registration is considered complete once all paperwork and registration fees have been received by CPEEC.In order to attend VPK next year, a parent/guardian must attend a Round-Up to register your child with the state. You must provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate or a physician-signed shot record to prove your child is four on or before Sept. 1, 2011. You must also take a copy of your driver’s license or utility bill with current address (not a P.O. Box) to prove
As calls are made to the waiting list, each family is given three days to accept or pass on their spot at the school. At that time the family can also choose to remain on the waiting list until the following school year if needed.
We will not remove any names from the waiting list unless the student has been enrolled, we have been informed that the child is attending another school, or the child's age permits them to be enrolled in Kindergarten.
To have your name added to our waiting list, please call the office and provide the following information…
- Parent's name
- Phone numbers (home, work, and/or cell phones)
- Child's Name
- Child's Birthday
- Parishioners or Non- Parishioners
